Tatiana Kostylevskaia, a native of Moscow, born in 1995, discovered her passion for creativity and individuality from a young age within the confines of her middle-class upbringing. She honed her skills at the Moscow University of Design and Technology, specializing in Costume and Textile Arts, and later founded her own clothing brand, TKOST, in 2015. Through TKOST, Tatiana explored the intricacies of fabric design and printing techniques.
In 2017, Tatiana showcased her talents as part of the "Bestiary" group during the Parallel program of the 7th Moscow International Biennale of Contemporary Art, presenting the "Strela" project.
In 2021, Tatiana further expanded her creative horizons by undertaking a course in architecture at the Moscow campus of the British School of Design, mentored by the esteemed architectural agency "NOWADAYS." During this period, she contributed to a remarkable renovation project for a graphite plant in Moscow, revitalizing over 8000 square meters of abandoned workshops into a multifaceted space encompassing a shopping center, public living area, and museum.
Following the events of Russia's military aggression in Ukraine in 2022, Tatiana made the difficult decision to relocate from Moscow to Paris. Currently, she applies her talents as a commercial interior designer for an international corporation.
